Cancellation, Rearrangement & No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full appointment rate—unless exceptional circumstances apply, at the discretion of the Clinic Director or your Chiropractor. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Refund Policy

If you choose to pay for your treatment in advance and decide to stop care, we’ll refund the remaining balance after reverting any sessions already attended to the standard full rate (£45 per chiropractic appointment). Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

How to Make a Complaint

We take feedback seriously and aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. Complaints can be made verbally, by email, or in writing. You may address your concern to any member of the team or directly to our Clinic Manager:
