Once we have got an appointment booked in, you will be emailed a few forms to fill out. These forms are very important and form part of your initial assessment with the Chiropractor, the details will include standard medical information request, the problem you are currently suffering with, how long you have been suffering and your medical history. This information can then be studied by the Chiropractor prior to your arrival, which will significantly reduce your waiting time and allow for a more thorough and well rounded understanding of your current health status.

When you visit Belper Chiropractic Health Centre, you’ll be welcomed with a warm smile by one of our friendly receptionists. We aim to ensure your visit is as seamless, smooth and stress-free as possible. If you’re arriving by car, please note that we do not have onsite parking, but there are several parking options nearby to accommodate your needs:

• King Street: You can be dropped off as close as 80ft from the clinic on King Street. Please note this is a no-parking area with restrictions in place.
• Derwent Street Car Park: A pay-and-display car park located just 350ft away, approximately a 1.5-minute walk.
• Field Lane Car Park: Another pay-and-display option, 900ft (0.1 miles) away, about a 3-minute walk.
• Green Lane Car Park: Situated 0.2 miles from the clinic, this pay-and-display car park is around a 4-minute walk.
• Morrisons, B&M, and Aldi Car Parks: These are approximately 0.2 miles away (about a 4.5-minute walk) but have parking restrictions in place.
• Street Parking: Additional parking may be available on Campbell Street, Upper King Street, and Derwent Street.

Please be aware that Belper Chiropractic Health Centre is not affiliated with any local car parks, and it is your responsibility to ensure you select legal and suitable parking for the duration of your visit.

If this is your first session or it has been a few years since your last visit, we’ll spend some time getting to know you. This includes an informal chat about your personal history—such as previous injuries, current medications, and related conditions—as well as the reason for your visit. We’ll also conduct a series of tests to identify the root cause of your symptoms. Following this, we will explain our findings and outline a tailored care plan. If you’re happy to proceed, we can begin treatment straight away.
